Our journey began in 2017 with hands-on engineering work solving complex database, infrastructure, and application challenges for growing organizations. What started as deep technical execution evolved into a broader vision, to build a consulting firm capable of delivering end-to-end technology solutions across infrastructure, cloud, software, and digital platforms.

The foundation of Tambena Consulting was established through advanced database engineering, system administration, and performance optimization. We supported businesses navigating replication failures, scalability bottlenecks, high-availability design, and cloud migrations.
During this time, we identified a recurring pattern: organizations often had tools in place, but lacked cohesive architecture and strategic alignment between infrastructure, development, and operations.

Official Formation
In 2019, Tambena Consulting was formally established by Einstein Tambe (CEO & President) and Amanda Tambe (COO).
Einstein brings deep expertise in:

Her operational leadership ensures that Tambena’s projects are delivered with discipline, accountability, and measurable results. She plays a critical role in building sustainable service models that scale alongside client growth.
